Types of Chickens
These are layers, they lay eggs at a ratio of 0.8 per day in the summer and 0.58 in the winter. They are smaller and more lean meat. There often will be an unlaid egg inside that many cultures enjoy as a delicacy.
These are broilers (meat) and do not lay any significant number of eggs. They will grow up to 10lbs and have much tastier, softer, and juicer meat. Perfect for any BBQ, soup, or any culinary dish.
